Gee, I thought I wrote up a thread to address this, but either it didn't save, or it disappeared. Anyway, I bought the upgrade, but I have no idea if I need the drum pack, as well?

1) Can I use the drum packs that I already downloaded for Jamstix 1?

2) Do I install the the Jamstix 2 upgrade over the Jamstix 1 installation? What's the deal?

Please let me know so that I can download the JS2 drum, if needed, as I only have another 10 days or so.

I'm surprised that a thread wasn't set up to save redundancy. I looked for one, but didn't see it. It might save a lot of time.

No need to uninstall JS1. Simply install JS2 and its new stock kit per instructions on your download page. That's it. JS2 will automatically detect and use any installed JS1 and Pak sounds.
