I can only get a kick sound, nothing else on the following kits:
Funk 69 (xl)
Dry Funk (xl)
Funk
Metal
I can only get a snare sound, nothing else on the following kits:
Fat
LoFi
LoFi Fat
If I try to change to a different sound on one of the silent intruments, it is still silent. I cannot even preview it on the sounds list. If I go to a kit that has all its sounds (non-problem kit), I can change any instument to any sound including a sound that is silent in one of the problem kits listed above.
For example the snare in the Funk kit - 13" JS2 Craviotto is silent, but in the Big Kit kit the 13" JS2 Craviotto snare is heard just fine.

Sounds like you only have one stereo out routed to your host. The kits you are mentioning use multiple outputs. _________________ Ralph Zeuner

I see. I had always inserted synths in Sonar as First Synth Audio Output and never gave it a thought. I'll have to start inserting Jamstix as All Synth Audio Outputs or else add audio tracks as necessary to existing projects. I had no idea.
Is there an easy way to know which kits use multiple outputs and how many outputs they use? Is the simplest way to just look at the mixer in Jamstix? |

Mixer is probably the easiest way. _________________ Ralph Zeuner
