Often there are more fills composed than I would like it to be.
How can I force a "green bar" (fill) in the timeline to be just a simple groove or an accent ???

Click on the trash can? Or do you mean something else?

Hi - as far as I understand the trash it is just about deleting the content of the bar but not the decision that exactly this bar is a "green" fill.

I want to edit the decision groove/fill for a special bar.
The fills sometimes are in the context of a song appearing at the wrong time and of course I need to change/edit this manually.

I am sure that this must be possible somehow since this is very basic and logical but I can not find how to do this

Fills are automatically added if you have enabled the Repetition and Transition fills in the Song sheet. So if you have a part that's 4 bars long and you repeat it 4 times, you wil get an automatic fill in bar 4, 8, 12 (Repetition fills) and 16 (Transition fill). If you don't want this to happen, the easiest method to get rid of the fill is to disable one or both of the fills completely in the Song sheet. After that you can plane a fill where YOU want to, by simply going to the bar where you want the fill, select the fill tab in the Brain section and click on COMP (as many times as you want to, until you've got a fill you like).

Come to think of it: maybe it IS possible to go to the bar where the automated fill is, enable the Fill tab and trash the bar, after which you lock it. (I'm not behind my DAW right now, so I can't check if this works). If you do like most of the automated R and T fills, this might be a method to get things done too.

J van E is right. The R and T fill placement is a fairly logical one and should suffice 90% of what people do out there. If you need custom placement you can uncheck the LEDs and place your own fills or you can go to automatically placed fills, click FILL and hit the trash can, then lock the bar.
