Oh, it's nothing! It's hard to see these problems coming before the releasing of the program, because everyone got a different hardware and software and everyone is using Jamstix slightly different than the others. |

Very true, I can only add that sometimes fixing one issue brings unexpected changes in another area, that's a fact unfortunately.
Before the release all was looking perfectly stable on the tested configurations, but with all those investigating users here inevitably some new insects crept up.
Won't be long though before they're crushed , Ralph's absolute commitment and expertise in combination with the detailed feedback from the community make for a winning team rarely found in the software industry.
And don't forget this is not another EQ plugin, this is real groundbreaking stuff for sure.
Cheers,
Rhino |

Please make sure you are using 2.0.11 and, if so, send me the rzdlog.txt file after a crash. _________________ Ralph Zeuner

Ralph - We have had many personal communications as I am sure you have had with many other users
YOU HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO REASON TO FEEL EMBARRASSED OR APOLOGIZE !
I told you a long time ago that you have a very loyal user base here - There is a reason for that - YOU HAVE EARNED IT.
Just keep doing what you do - GET A LITTLE MORE SLEEP and we will be more than happy to come alongside.
You have a great product and even better support - An all to rare combination in todays Audio Software world!! _________________ D

Speaking as someone who has spent the best of twenty years dealing with songwriters in Ireland and the UK (and not nearly enough time actually being one) - I always found that people were usually quick to shout when things went wrong, but all was silence when things were going smoothly.
It's both rare and heartwarming to see so many people wanting to praise and encourage. Everyone recognises that there will be occasional glitches but not a single person seems to lose sight of the fact that this is a fantastic product with support levels and dedication that most companies would kill for.
Massive congratulations to Ralph and the Jamstix - but can I also say well done to the Jamstix Community? I'm a newbie in this world of drums, but I'm looking forward to learning from you all.

I agree with everyone here - you are doing a fantastic job - not only creating an amazing product but also in supporting it!
JS2 is great. I have already worked it into one track and will install the hotfix and set up track number 2 tomorrow. I'm sure I have barely scratched the sureface but I with just a few days of playing and digesting the manual I'm happy with the initial results.
So far ( in Sonar 6 + UAD cards) I've had no problems at all.
Great work! |

Hello everyone !! i'm newbie here and with jamstix using. I bought it 1 month ago and have to tell to all rayzoon team "hey guys, you do a good job !". Seriously, the product came out with some disfonctionality, ok. But how fast reactive you are ! i'm not a intensive user of JS2 for the moment, but step by step, i switch on my music try the old midi drum to put in JS, and what a surprise to hear sometimes drumming thing i wasn't able to program with midi ! JS2 took my breath away !
Continue your goodworking guys ! it's a pleasure to test the result for musician like myself !
one word come in my mind to qualify this work ! BRAVO ! (OK, i'm french..) |
