I have difficulties making jamstix 2 play manually place cymbals on beat one. If the cymbal is placed by jamstix itself there's no problem and if I place a cymbal on other beats (haven't tried every position) it is played as it should.

Where do you place the cymbal? Groove or accent page?

Drag & drop the 'SONG' label of the song sheet to the host or Windows Explorer. You can also drag part names and bar icons from the timeline.

The cymbals work great for me here. If you need a one-time hit, put them in the accent page, otherwise the core bar groove. Make sure to set the lowest priority on it (slider all the way left).

Yes, I knew about the drag function, but I can't figure out how to drop them so each drum has it's own track.

Strange, it just seems to drop cymbals if I place them manually and only on the first beat. Perhaps I can fix it in the midi file.
