I am still unable to audition the kit in 2.0.12 running in Reaper and cannot preview samples in the sample menu. In the John kit that I am using, I get no sound from the Toms when my song is playing.

Update: I see now that I need the transport running in order to audition samples. Fair enough, just jump to end of song, let transport continue to run. However, when in samples I changed the kick sound and now I have completely lost all sound in JS2. It is not moving through the bars at all.

Update to the update. Restarting Reaper corrected the above. Don't know if this was an issue or not.

Still having some redraw issues, but they resolve by minimizing/restoring window or by dragging the window offscreen and back.
