Hi ,
When using jamstix2's song structure bit, how do i select silence/nothing, for breakdowns etc?? |

| Not sure what you mean with breakdowns, but one way to get complete silence for a short period, is to click on the ticks (numbers) at the top of the bar-editor of the bar that needs the silence: one click gives a red / through the number, meaning that hit will be silent, another click will give you a red square, meaning that hit will be played louder (under certain circumstances, depending on sounds used) and the third click will make the hit normal again. So if you want to have half a bar of silence, you will have to click half a bar worth of 16th notes. If you mean you need complete silent parts, you just load the style Silent. |

As J van E said, and also, if you need a silent bar but don't want to make a whole part just for that, use the trash can to clear the bar and then hit the LOCKED button to keep JS2 from recomposing on it. _________________ Ralph Zeuner
