I have a song with 36 bars however at bar 28, i get the following error message right below the clipboard:

UI update error {list index out of bounds {-7}}

JS "chokes" at bar 28 for about 2-3 seconds before resuming to bar 29.

Please use 'Save Song' in JS2 and send me the resulting file.

Got it. What happens is that a recalculation that must occur after adding, removing or changing a part didn't happen in your song at that part. I'm trying to find out why. It's easy to fix though: just add a part at the end and remove it again. This forces a recalculation and the problem is gone.
