I'll be looking into the graphics code to see if anything sticks out that would make sense in this context. _________________ Ralph Zeuner

Hi Ralph,
I forgot to mention, whatever the cause of the trouble is with T3, since the first hotfix, J2 has worked flawlessly in FLS. There's no sign of the sound glitches/cpu spikes at all, even with J2 GUI left open on playback.

It is something weird with the GUI and the graphics code that appears to only affect Tracktion. Please try the 2.0.5 hot fix that is now available in your downloads page because it has some more changes that may positively affect this problem. Let me know what you find. _________________ Ralph Zeuner

Hi Ralph,
Thanks, will do shortly
As ever, unequalled support, it's much appreciated.
'EDIT'
Just tried v2_0_5 and I'm sorry to say this, but the problem is still there.

Err... OK... Good job!
I've been a bit busy and missed testing the two previous hotfixes, but with 2.0.9, everything suddenly seems to work flawlessly.
I'm down to 4 ms ASIO latency with the "bad" Focusrite Saffire drivers, and still the thing just ticks along in T3 without any hint of a glitch!
Did you find something specific, or is it just a positive side effect of general tinkering? (Not that it matters, just a bit curious!! ) |

Glad to hear that!
We've made loads of little changes. No telling what may have benefited this particular problem... _________________ Ralph Zeuner
