I loaded the dll for Session Drummer 2 into the subhost option.
I'm now a little confused - the manual states "route a sound to your subhosted plugin by selecting by selecting the Subhosted......entry in the sound selection list for it".
Not sure how to get to that but going through the manual. |

I was thoroughly confused, but managed to figure it out.
1. Load a song.
2. Click on the Kit tab.
3. Click on the Load button.
4. Select "Empty Kit" and click the Load button.
5. Click on the Select DLL button, browse to your VST dll, and double-click on it to load.
6. Load any necessary sounds into your VST instrument and close your VST instrument screen.
7. Right-click on the bass drum.
8. Click where it says "click to select," then select the item near the top where it says, Subhost: (name of your VST instrument) and click the Load button. Repeat down the list.
9. Click the up triangle to the right of where it says "Kick & Snare" to select the next set of percussion instruments. Goto step 8.
10. When all the sets are done, click the X button.
11. Click the Save button, give it a name, then save it so you won't have to go through this again. |
