Ralph said "You'll automatically get an e-mail with a license and download link." when I asked him a couple of weeks ago about my free eligibility and how I'd get the upgrade.

On the purchase page for JS2, the second row of options are for upgrades. I did one of those and paid the reduced price. Supposedly we will be asked for previous license codes once we get the download link. |

I thought it was a free upgrade if you bought in the eligible period? Do you mean you input your license and then it discounted the price to 0 if your license was valid for the free upgrade?
I don't want to risk paying the money given " Please note that we do not issue refunds." is quite prominent below that.
I is getting confused.
Are we supposed to wait for an email if we are eligible for the free upgrade to v2? My download link site no longer works.

Ah, I see. You are asking about the free upgrade period. Now that I looked again I didn't see anything for that. But since you don't actually need to pay anything I'd guess it won't be on that purchase page then. I am sure you would get an email about that (thought I saw something to that effect a while ago) but hopefully someone from Rayzoon can respond to your question. |

Hi Guys,
We're swamped with incoming orders...nothing to complain about
Just to clarify: all those who are eligible for the free upgrade will get it automatically. We have begun sending those out a while ago and it may take a couple hours to go through as the software has to create licenses, secure download links etc for each customer.
So, please be patient as we satisfy the demand. If you placed an order or are waiting for your free upgrade mail and have not received anything by 1PM EST, then please drop us a mail so we can check on it.

I just want to say congrats Ralph! This has been the number one release I've looked forward to!
It's already downloaded, and I'll install it while I'm at the bookstore today, since I don't want to wait until I get home!
