Hello,
I've installed the JS demoversion on Cubase SE 1.0.6 built 84 @ w2k-sp4
It runs smooth but has a stange error.
In a "cyclus" of 8 bars its doing his fills in every 7th bar !!!
This is 1 bar to early as human beings expected, and JS doing this in EVERY project.
There is NO OPTION to correct this.
I've tried BeatOffset=1 with no succes to this problem.
JS sounds good to me, but to this problem, I'm in doubt to buy this software.
It is highly time consuming to correct all fills to the right place.
Hope there is someone who knows to correct this problem..... |

That's very odd. Please check these things:
- do the bar counters of Jamstix and Cubase synch up for you or is there an offset?
- is Fill Frequency in the jam tab really set to 8?
- make sure 'Start Bar' in the arrangement tab is set to 0. _________________ Ralph Zeuner

Hi,
the bar counters of Jamstix and Cubase are in sync.
The Fill Frequency in the jam tab is set to 8
The 'Start Bar' in the arrangement tab is set to 0.
But now I've got the clue to my problem.....
JS counts simply from value given in the Start Bar.
Because my projects never begins at zero I have to adjust the Start Bar value for every project individual.
I tested it, and it works.
Thanks for the hint !
Now I have much less doubts of buying this software.
Thanks for the fast reply, good service !
My testing and playing with JS continues... |

FYI: the auto fill system will be very different in Jamstix 2 which will be released on 8/20. _________________ Ralph Zeuner
