Yesterday I requested a new ID and password because I can't download the latest update (it's been a while since I tried that an my ID starts with NZQ). How long does it usually take to send the email? It's about 32 hours ago now, so...

P.S. I am using Vista now: I read somewhere you will need a special dll to use it on Vista if you do NOT want to turn off UAC. Can I download that file somewhere or is it only sent by mail on request?
