I really have read the instructions in the forum and have done evrything - the licence text file is in the folder, it still is looking for the user ID etc.
I'm obviously missing something but I don't know what it is!
Please help. If you tell me how to get the data I would be happy to paste it in.

Ralph,
Bingo! it's working. the problem all along was that the licence key wasn't in the licence file. Thanks for sending it, and thanks for all the support - the absolute best. I forgot about the file deleting itself - next time I'll have the back-up!
