Ralph,

I got my email with the download link and the key and I've spent some time downloading and organising.

In the excitement, I lost my email. Embarassed

Is there any chance of resending that email or resending my key?

I have also just emailed support about this.

I apologise for the inconvenience and I hope you can help?

It's OK .. I found it! Very Happy

For some weird reason I saved it in my Native Instruments folder.
