Our download software goofed because your original purchase date is the date you entered the group-buy, which is over 14 days ago so the software sent expired links. We've just fixed that. Sorry about this!

How long does it take to get the Email after making the purchase???

Have all the keys been sent already? I bought in yesterday, but haven't received any email yet. I checked my server logs, but the only thing I see from rayzoon or ipowerweb is the emailed receipt to my purchase from yesterday.

The download server is STRUGGLING. We are sending links out in batches to avoid a meltdown (but I just had to restart it anyway). So, please be patient, the links won't do you any good if the downloads don't work Embarassed

That's what I suspected.. No worries, Ralph.. I have DL'ed the PDF manuals and they took a long time considering, so I figured you all were B U S Y!!

If the server is struggling now, I wonder what is going to happen when JS2 is released? I guess that a lot of us already have all the drumpacks and are just waiting for the core program.

We're holding back deliveries since the download server is overloaded. We're processing orders in first in-first out fashion. We are also working on alternate downloads to ease the bottleneck.

We have just sent out new links for those who already received them, which should increase download speed and reliability. Once the server load stabilizes, we will continue sending out more links to those who are still waiting.

Well, after much struggling... I gave in. I was watching the price plummet for the whole group buy period... it's too compelling! I've been amazed by the demo for a long long time now.

Will you post the final count of people that bought in for the group buy? I know I'm one of the "+" people.
