I have dealt with many software companies in the past and a few have had pretty good tech support (quick replies, helpfulness...) and many others with abysmal support but I just want to share something that is new to me.
I sent a question by email to tech support at 1:44. I then received a reply from tech support at 1:55. It took 11 minutes for a reply. ELEVEN MINUTES!
I have never had a reply from tech support that quickly from any other vendor.
Just want to say thanks for the blazingly fast support.
I am still shocked. Keep up the great work!

Agreed. It's worth buying JS just for the support you will get. Ralph is first class in helping his customers.

I have just bought jamstix. One of the main reasons I did it was your statement about the support.

Yes, I think it's one of the big selling points in a software FULL of big selling points.

I just bought JS today.

Not only is the software package amazing but to have the support to go with it...unheard of!

Seriously, u should buy jamstix even if u have nothing to do with music, just to have someone to talk to any time of day, who u know will listen to what u have to say and respond in kind.  |

Yeah, Ralph should set up a counseling service for lonely musicians!!!
I have to agree the support is far superior to any I have seen.
