This is how I got them all to play
Code:

Hardware Setup:
    Internal Audio Device's Headphone Out -> Inspire's inputs 3/4

Sonar Setup:
    Audio Interfaces;
        Presonus Inspire
        Internal Audio Device
     Trigger Audio Track
         Input Monitoring: on
         Jamstix M8 effect (Mute Audio: on)
         Output -> None
     Jamstix Audio Track
         Output ->Internal Audio Device

Presonus Inspire Setup:
     Mixer
        Mixer Bypass: on

NINJAM Setup:
    Audio Settings | Input / Output: ASIO
    ASIO Driver: Inspire
    Add two more local channels
    Jamstix Left Local Channel
        Input Source: Input Channel 3
    Jamstix Right Local Channel
        Input Source: Input Channel 4

Monitor output via NINJAM
