And I'm lost as a goose...sorry, I've been recording AUDIO for a while, but never much MIDI, so I'm a bit under the curve.
I'm using Cubase SX, and Freejam. I play about 2-3 minutes, stop the host, go into Manual mode, into the Arranger, make some changes, play it back, like it.....and now I want to take it to .wav. I can't figure this out.
On another, related note, I've used the "Export to Midi" function, but when I import the Midi file created it's only about 20 seconds worth that loops forever....
Is it me (likely), SX or what?
TIA

You need to 'bounce' the Jamstix track(s) to get an audio version. Some hosts will also give you usable audio clips when you 'freeze' a VSTi but I'm not sure if SX does that.

Make sure you play the whole song once all the way through before exporting MIDI. You may also want to try the latest Beta since it fixes some possible MIDI export issues. _________________ Ralph Zeuner
