I just bought Jamstix and am using it w/Acid Pro 4. Working with these VST plug-ins is new for me but I've managed to have Acid recognize Jamstix as a soft syth. For some reason, Jamstix plays to measure 41 and stops. Acid is not in loop mode and I've tried resetting Jamstix. Any ideas on why this is happening?

Also - sometimes when I start Jamstix there are no drums until the sequence gets to a certain measure in the arranger where there's an 'F' in the box (say measure number eight) then the drums play for that one box and stop until another measure 'F" box appears. I know this must sound weird but there it is. Any suggestions?

Make sure there is no blue 'E' in the arranger at bar 41. That's an ending and Jamstix stops play after an ending.

Sounds like you have no rhythm playing so its silent until it encounters a fill (that's the "F"). Make sure you either have Jamstix in 'free jam' mode or have manually selected a rhythm in the rhythm tab so Jamstix has something to play.

I have had that "fills only" behavior in Reaper too. Usually clearing the arrangment and resetting the jam fixes it.
