My DAW has no internet connection, but my laptop does...after I purchase Jamstix can I download to a 1 GB flash drive and then carry that to the daw?
After that, I believe that there is no .exe file it is a .dll...will I be instructed as to where to place the .dll?
I have Cubase SX3 and I'll be using ezDrummer so, if there is a specific place(s) where I need to place the .dll please let me know.
Thanks for any help, or guidance as I step into the world of Jamstix.

Hi Paul,
When you purchase Jamstix you get e-mails with download links. You can copy those files to a flash drive or CD and then install them on another computer. The e-mails have detailed installation instructions but making your host 'see' Jamstix depends on your specific configuration.
With Cubase SX3 you can choose to install Jamstix into the 'plugins' folder of SX3 and SX3 will then automatically 'see' Jamstix and list it in the instrument list.
If you run into any issues, we're here to help. _________________ Ralph Zeuner

Thanks Zauni, for getting back and making it clear. I did purchase and have received the email from Rayzoon with all of the info. I did download and save to my flash drive. I did notice that they are .exe files, so I apologize for my question. I thought that I had read on the forum somewhere that there was a .dll file that would have to be copied. My error, I guess.
Because it's been a long day and I'm a little tired...rather than installing and maybe making an error, it's probably best to wait until the sunlight and a clearer mind to begin my journey into Jamstix.
I'll get back with my impressions after I get through the install and have had some time playing with the program.
I should state from the start...that I've been visiting the site for awhile and I am truly impressed with the help that you and others have given to anyone who has a question. Clear, concise answers to any of the questions. I'm psyched to get started.
