Hi,

I sent the following e-mail twice to support@rayzoon.com and received no reply. I usually get a reply the same day. I was wondering if my e-mails are making through. I would appreciate an answer.

Hi,

I installed jamstix 1.7 in July and haven't used it since. When I reopened my projects, I noticed I am missing some samples (Jamstix opens a browser in which it lists the missing ones). It looks like I also have to reinstall my drumkit. However, the password I have (see below) does not work. Can you please send me a new password? Also, do I have to re-install the other kits? I have everything but ePak.

The last mail we received from you is from 7/23/06. We have no other reports of the support mailbox not working so I'm not sure what is causing this.

Please tell me what sounds are listed as missing so we can determine what product install you have to repeat.

Ah, I figured it out! I had to reinstall the original data files because I changed the installation location by mistake. Thanks!

You DO have a problem with receiving email, I have tried all your mail links on your website, and in your profile here, here is a copy of the mailer demon i get back:

That's very weird. The TDMA error was fixed over a week ago or so. We are now receiving e-mails just fine on all accounts every day.

Please try again and send to 'sales@rayzoon.com'. Let me know if you still get the TDMA error.
