I can't seem to get rid of the drumstick sound on an intro fill. I set the volume on the drumstick samples in the mapping tab, but it still comes through. Perhaps some other sample or setting is making this happen?

The intro is in the 9th measure of this song:

Feeling Right (mp3 download)
Feeling Right (soundclick player)

Disregard the lyrics in this pop tune - it's just a quick sketch to try and work on the guitar sound.

It's using the metronome drumstick sounds on any intro in Free Jam or KW Jam. Switch to 'Manual Jam' to remove the drumsticks.

This won't be an issue in Jamstix 2.

I've just mailed you a modified Jamstix that allows you to suppress the drumsticks on intros.

Thanks a lot! As always great support.

Also thanks again for your great software. I don't think I do anything great with jamstix compared with some of the stuff I hear on here but on songs like the one I link above, jamstix gives me a very credible backing track.

Well, unless I am mistaking you, you're the guy with 'Forever and a day' and I can still play that song in my head like a CD. Love that track!

Hah - good memory. Yes, that song was mine too. Never considered that one of my stronger ones so I'm surprised to hear your comment. Thanks again.
