When I use making waves with Jamstix and rewind to the beginning of a song Jamstix insists on starting the some measure four or five bars ahead of the where I stopped it before rewinding. Any ideas??

Jamstix is always slaved to the host so you should just rewind the host and not Jamstix unless you have 'decoupled' Jamstix from the host with the play/stop button in JS.
