Peace everyone...

I've really been enjoying my purchase BTW.... I never returned to say thank you!... well, I've returned but just to lurk and look at the forum... Oh and just bought the E-pak 2 days ago.... so I am definitely a satisfied customer!

Now to the problem.... I updated to 1.7 and now I am getting a message that I have missing sounds.... I appear to only be missing one sound .. a snare 14 inch rimshot... I believe.... I followed the given directions to search for a "sample" folder outside of the jamstix folder... didnt see that sound... so I did a search for snare... bas mistake... I must have a million files named snare, but I did notice that all of my files named snare "appear" to be where they should be... I got a long list of snare 14 inch custom , snare 14 inch stage, etc...... so I have no idea how , why, or where this baby went.... do I have to reinstall, or something? I really don't feel like trying to figure out which computer I saved the file... ooops... found it ....saved it on the network server.... anyway, is there a shortcut to doing this, or will I have to reinstall everything )including the e-pak) again... Or do we even know why it happened?

No need to reinstall, just run the 1.7 updater from our site and it will add the rimshot samples.

FYI, the updater adds the sample "Snare Rimshot - 14'' Stage Custom Unmuffled". If you ever get an error that says that the file
"Snare Rimshot - 14'' Stage Custom" is missing (notice the missing 'unmuffled') then you need to manually assign the unmuffled version to the 'Snare Rimshot' sound in the mapping tab instead to fix it.
