For those impatient with that system, it's a robotic AI drummer, and a blurb with audio & video is available over at http://www.gatech.edu/innovations/roboticpercussionist/.

Being a research project, it doesn't have too much to do with Jamstix (and the audio they present seems rather primitive by comparison), but I figured that others -- including Ralph -- might find it fun to check out.
