1] How can i make a fill go the whole duration of a bar? I notice the fills come in (start) on the 2nd half of a bar.
2] How can i make a fill start on the "1" of a bar and only go a duration of half a bar?
SO, instead of starting on the second half AND only playing the second half of a bar, i want it to start right at the beginning of a bar AND only play the first half of the bar as opposed to the whole bar.
IE:
Regarding question 1:
Here's a bar--> 1 & 2 & 3 & 4......currently, fills come in on "3" and play only the second half of a bar. I want the fill to start on "1" and play the WHOLE bar.
Regarding question 2:
Going with the bar again--> 1 & 2 & 3 & 4...again, i want the bar to come in on "1" but only play the *first half* of the bar so it'll stop on "3".
Is there a way to set this up? |

woops, i guess this should have gone in the general forum. Sorry about that.
Also, i believe this has been answered within Zeoy's thread....there will be improvement on this in version2? |

Some fills go for thr whole bar. Make sure you don't have the 'Start on Bar 3..' boxes checked in the fill options next to the fill slider so they won't get truncated.

Cannot be done in JS1. Will be available in JS2.

It's probably staring me right int he face but, where exactly are these 'Start on bar 3' boxes and fill slider? I even checked the manual and couldn't find it  |

Its the icon next to the fill frequency slider in the jam tab. That screen contains various functions affecting fill play, such as 'Suppress fill before beat 3' etc.

Oh that! Yes, i already unchecked it but the fills are still suppressed before beat 3. Is this a possible bug? Anyone else experiencing this?
I'm on Live 5.2 using JS 1.7 full version. |

Open the fill list and click on various fills until the line under the list says 'Starts at bar 1' or 2 and check that fill out.

Geez, didn't even notice that. OK, got it.
FR time: More fills on the one!!!! 
I also voted for the option to create our own accents and fills.
