This should be easy---why can't I figure it out?

I'm trying to delete the first two measures of Jamstix in my song in Cubase. How do I do that?

Actually, delete the first one, change the second into an intro.

- go to the arranger.
- click on the bar number where you want to start the deletion
- click 'Delete', type in 2 for the # of bars and hit OK
