if i set the fill frequency to 4, great no problem, every 4th bar i get a fill. the problem comes when i reduce it j/s still plays fill every 4th. if i increase it js plays every 4th and the new fill frequency.

this is whilst looping a 12 bar piece.

Did you clear the fills after reducing or increasing the frequency? Otherwise, the existing 4-bar fills will persist.

An easy way to clear fills is to click 'Clear All' in the arranger and then only check the box 'Clear all fills,intros and ending'.
