How Do I Record an Audio Track using Jamstix in Sonar 4.02

There are nice grooves in this software

buy I need to know this...


Can somebody tell me the exact procedure for recording anyone of those grooves on a Sonar 4.02 AUDIO TRACK while the other midi tracks are playing along.

you can use the jamstix arranger to set up the song and play to it. you can then mix everything and export your song as a broadcast .wav and select "what you hear" you will get the drum parts played w/out having to bounce down to audio.
