There are nice grooves in this software
buy I need to know this...
Can somebody tell me the exact procedure for recording anyone of those grooves on a Sonar 4.02 AUDIO TRACK while the other midi tracks are playing along.

| you can use the jamstix arranger to set up the song and play to it. you can then mix everything and export your song as a broadcast .wav and select "what you hear" you will get the drum parts played w/out having to bounce down to audio. |
