i load JS into reaper, import a midi rhythm, hit play and JS jumps to measure 1001 and stays stuck there, it doesn't play along when i hit PLAY. help!

What mode do you have JS set to?

I've used JS in Reaper in Manual mode with no problems.

Make sure you have live montioring turned on (click the record arm button on the track so it turns red and then set it to not record)
