Hi,

After installing the latest beta, I am seeing this message...

30 Sounds Are Missing
Here are the possible reasons:

Missing Or Incorrect Sound Installation
You may have forgotten to perform Step 3 of the Jamstix installation (Drum Sample Download). Please refer to your Jamstix delivery for this step and perform it. Make sure to point the installer to the exact same place as you did with the Jamstix plugin installation. You may also have installed the Jamstix sounds in the wrong place. They must be installed to the exact same place as the Jamstix plugin. You can search your computer for folders named "samples". If you find any outside of your Jamstix folder, copy their contents to the "samples" subfolder of your Jamstix folder to fix this problem.

Missing Expansion Pak
The sound may be part of an expansion Pak that you do not have installed.

I do not know which kit it is that these sounds are missing from, and have ordered everything available for JamStix so far. After verifying I am a registered user of all of your add-ons, could I please get another link to download these missing sounds again??

Same problem here (1.7b9 installed)

It looks like the "missing sounds" belong to the basic kit (not to the expansions).

Sorry it took so long- but I have sent you the rzd log... Maybe you can help now and tell me which kit sounds or samples are missing...

All the sounds missing are from the stock kits, not expansion Paks. You likely forgot to run the jamstix_data_setup.exe (200MB+) file to install the stock kits.
