| I know this has been said before but it means so much to me I just have to take time to say that I have been a professional musician for 36 years and have owned tons of gear and software, and no company has ever came close to the support Ralph gives for this product. I do not know how he has time to make all the great updates to existing products and writing new software with all the time he spends answering any question, usually within hours that anyone has. Anyone who has owned a product with bad tech support knows how frustrating this can be, and will appreciatte the unbelievable support found here. No matter how awsome a product is if you have a major problem using it that you cannot figure out and tech support does not help you the product is virtually useless. Ralph thank you for not just selling us a great product, taking our money, then leaving us out here on our own like so many other companies do. |
