How to Mute Jamstix in FL Studio?

My setup is Jamstix 1.6 in FL Studio Producer 6.0.8.

I add Jamstix to a project using Channels -> Add One -> Jamstix.
In the Step Sequencer is a green Mute/Solo LED next to the Jamstix channel. Clicking on the green dot so that it's off should mute Jamstix but it doesn't. Any thoughts as to what I'm doing wrong?

Just wondering if anyone mutes Jamstix inside FL Studio?
