Make sure you have properly run the Jamstix Data setup when installing Jamstix for the first time.
It contains all the samples that Jamstix needs to work properly out of the box (without add-ons).
If you´re not sure, go to the Jamstix folder (usually within your VST folder) and look in the Samples folder there. There should be samples beginning with "chimes". If they are missing, run the Data setup .exe again. |

Crash - 18'' DP1 _a01.rzd
This is the first sample in the sample folder, and only after I installed the drumstick pack #1. Now... I understand how stupid I look with this question but ....I can't find the Data setup.exe. I do have a Jamstix setup exe file that will give me three choices when I run it (M)odify (R)epair or (R)emove. But I can't seem to find the Data Setup.exe . can you help me out?
I am really sorry to take your time for what it seems to be common knowledge , but ...the truth is that it isn't working for me.
Thank you |

When you bought Jamstix you were given a download link.
You should download the Jamstix setup .exe AND also the Jamsix data setup .exe
I´m sure Zauni will help you out on this one if you don´t have access to the download link anymore. |

Please look at the installation instructions of the download page specified in your Jamstix delivery e-mail that was sent on Sunday.
Step 3 (Drum Sample Download) gives you a download link for jamstix_data_setup.exe and instructions on its usage. _________________ Ralph Zeuner

I am extremely sorry for making you people waste your time for such an stupid situation . I "forgot" to download the data from the download link ...and of course ...there were no samples available for the program to work!!.
Nevertheless I have to thank you and Mr. Ralph Zeuner for all the help and patience demonstrated.
