Ralph,
Why don't you seek out a partnership of sorts with Toontrack? Their EZ drummer is geting press like you wouldn't believe and i'm sure sales are through the roof but JS is way more flexible and functional but I rarely hear mention of it anywhere... seems like the two companies could have a good marriage of sorts.... anyway just an idea... btw, still waiting on that new gui...

| I considered EZ drummer but found that it won't work in Cubase SE so I picked up Jamstix. I was a little worried that the samples wouldn't be as good. WOW...was I wrong! I got up Christmas morning, fired up Jamstix in Cubase and 6 hours later I had a sssssssssmokin tune ready to roll (except for the vocals). I am a Rocker so Jamstix fit the bill! The EZ drummer tunes that the users have submitted for review are great sounding but no better than Jamstix. And Jamstix will work in a $99 sequencing program (Cubase SE). I got Jamstix the day before I made the tune so it took a little bit to learn it but once it sinks in you are ready for some killer tunes. At half the price of EZ drummer I know that Jamstix is "THE ONE" (and I did a lot of research on plug-in drummers). Just my honest opinion. HH |
