Is there anyway to permanently turn off the complexity and probabilty levers?? What I like to do is work in manual mode with bare rhythms and add my own flavor later. So is there some setting in the .ini or elsewhere that would allow me to do this??

NoAccentFilter=1

Turns off the accent filtering based on complexity and funkiness setting.

Accentuation=0

Sets all accent sliders to 0 by default. Make sure to check 'Don't change accent slider positions' in the load rhythm dialog so the sliders stay where they are.

Sorry to be slow, do those settings get put under the general section and is the NoAccentFilter=0 suppose to be =1 ??

Yes, in the [General] section and, yes, NoAccentFiltering should be 1. Sorry about that!
