Shocked hi does anyone know how to trigger or let jamstix jam in fruityloops? i'm just a little bit confused in how to get to trigger it. i've opened a midi out and set the port and in the step sequencer it shows me triggering but no sound, i also set a keyword jam and it does not move what am i doig wrong? Crying or Very sad HELP!!!! i need my jamstix!!!

I'm not really familiar with FL6. I use 'Channels->Add One' to load Jamstix and my MIDI input automatically triggers it right away.

yeah zuani, in fl6 you insert the instruments via right clicking in the step sequencer a pop up opens and you can choose instruments. i managed to get jamstix to work, what i did wrong was i loaded jamstix up as a plugin not a generator (fruity terminology) Wink . i suppose the way to get performance out of jamstix is to export from arranger them import into fl, is that right?
oh, one more thing.... you guys are great, thanks for speedy reply as always keep up the good works Laughing

Yes, if you need to extract the MIDI then that's the way to go or record MIDI output in FL6 (not sure if it supports that).

Of course you dont' have to export the MIDI, you can just keep the arrangement in JS all the way through mixdown.
