Sorry, I should have been clearer. The demos I listened to were MP3s.
I know I've gone on a bit lately but I'd really like to 'big-up' the sounds. For any price, these are great drum samples but for the price of the Paks they are incredible - not overproduced so they can take to external processing well and not too raw so they can be used as they come if required. The dynamic levels are spot on and the stereo and ambience options are just right - I don't really have the time to go through PZM, trash, far room, near room options and find that doing so takes too much time. If you do need this then you can buy Battery, DFH or BFD etc. The ePak sounds (now that I've had another day or two to listen) are beautifully chosen and fit well behind everything I've played them with, not standing out too much but still having character and punch.
People, buy them all NOW! The Paks cost less than the price of a good lunch (in London anyway), they are endlessly inspiring (I spend several hours last night cycling the various kits over a selected beat and bassline, just enjoying listening to them - and I was supposed to be editing dialogue!)
God, I am usually so cynical and world weary - perhaps this is why I get so enthusiastic when I find a product (and company) that really floats my boat.

I've just used the e-pak in a remix of something and it really is excellent!
I'll see if I can post a snipet. This pak is a great addition to an already great product. Well done! |

Markone, that looks like another pak I will have to buy.
I am just awaiting my brushpak download password to compliment the sets I have so far..... _________________ I may not be good, but I'm cheap. |
