I have bought the full version but cannot uninstall the demo. I used add/remove programs, apparently successfully, but the installer thinks it is still there. It still appears in the list of add/remove programs but if I try to remove it again it won't remove (because presumably it has already been removed). What do I do now?

This can be fixed by deleting registry entries. I don't have the details with me right now. I'll send it to you on Monday night when I'm back in the office.

Please scan you registry for this key:

9D9D8FFAC0217D24BA6A83EECEEAC3C6

There should be one occurrence below HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\WINDOWS\CurrentVersion\Installer\UserData. Delete the 9D9D... key.

Next, please delete these 2 keys:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\WINDOWS\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\{AFF8D9D9-120C-42D7-ABA6-38EEECAE3C6C}

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Installer\Products\9D9D8FFAC0217D24BA6A83EECEEAC3C6

The full version will now install.
