Ralph,
I have been running Jamstix for about 3 months and am loving it. However, I have started a new song with a slight tempo change in the chorus, when jamstix gets to the change in tempo it seems to be "tripping" over its self. I still hear the output, but hits are out of step with the tempo. it appears to be more evident in the hi-hats. I am using X8-8. I haven't tried it with 1.43, I like the changes in the latest build and don't really want to go back!! I am using Sonar 4.

Hi Patrick,
Are you using a single tempo change event or a gradual tempo change with many events in succession?
The latter will cause problems with the tempo filters in Jamstix. We have added an automation parameter 'Tempo Filter' for this purpose. Add an envelope for this parameter to the Jamstix MIDI track and lower it under 50% for the duration of the tempo changes.
Hope this helps! _________________ Ralph Zeuner

Yes, it's a gradual tempo change with multiple events. Sounds like the tempo filter will take care of it! Thanks!
