I understand that accents for snare and toms are saved in the arrangement. They are the same everytime you play a song. The things is I mainly want to use cymbal accents. But they don't really exist: the Normal slider on the Cymbals Panel adds random crashes on kick and snares. Well, I like that too: it was one of the main reasons (really!) for choosing Jamstix because I really hate to manally add cymbalaccents like this.
But it seems to me the cymbal 'accents' are randomized every single time...! Is that correct? If so, is it somehow possible to lock them...? I like some accents and I don't like it that they are different everytime... Or am I doing something wrong?
Edit: I always play in Manual mode with selfmade patterns. I bought Jamstix mainly for the awesome sounds and for the automated accents (and of course the limb-control, probability and variance sliders, which makes it all so realistic!). |

Once cymbals have been placed on a specific bar they will stay the same. You can tell when a bar has a lighter red color in the arranger that its decisions have been made. If you continue to experience changing cymbals on the same bar, please save to a FXB bank and send me the file to support @ rayzoon.com with the number of the bar that keeps changing. _________________ Ralph Zeuner
