|
|
I had an issue in Cubase and found a solution that I wanted to share with everyone.
Issue:
Mouse clicks on Jamstix dialogue boxes not working. I click on an option and nothing happens. I need to tab to the field and press enter.
System:
Cubase 13
Win 11
Jamstix 4.4.6
Solution:
The issue was around hd-dpi on large monitor and using Windows DPI scaling of 150% . My fix:
In Jamstix - OPTIONS -> MANAGER TOOL -> TROUBLE SHOOTING -> Check OVERIDE DPI
In Cubase - PREFERENCES -> GENERAL -> uncheck ENABLE HiDPI
All other VSTs seem to work fine with this setting.
Hope this helps someone!

Hello, although I haven't had this issue, thank you for sharing solutions. Sharing experience is a key part of a forum.
Although I have the license for C13, I am still with C12, by the way, as I didn't want to invest time in the new system before I end some projects and ideas. |

you're my hero! I've been grappling for ages with the quirky behavior of JSX when dragging its window across monitors of different dpi.
Thanks! |
