I found how to drag the midi track into Reaper in the manual, and I found how to assign midi channels here in the forum. I'm having issues with that process, but for now, what I want to know is if there is a way to export separate audio tracks to Reaper. I haven't been able to find instructions for that anywhere, so I don't know if it's even possible.

You can't "drag" audio from Jamstix, if I understand what you're asking correctly. If you set up multi-track routing in Reaper you can record the individual kit pieces to separate tracks.
