Hi,
I've found it necessary to install JS3 to recover an old project. Long story short, I managed to delete my licence file so I downloaded a new one from the website but now I'm getting the above error when I try open the interface from within Cubase 13, which is not reporting a problem with it.
What could be the issue?
Regards,
Duncan Clee |

Hi,
If you search the forum with "core AND event" (without quotes) you'll get posts and replies regarding this from back in the JS3 days.
You could try turning off User Account Control in Win 10 and set permissions for your C:\jamstix3 folder to "Everyone" and see if it helps. |

| Phew! Found the old licence file in the administrator's recycle bin and it now works. Not sure why the new licence didn't work but never mind. |

| Glad to hear it. I have no idea why the new license wouldn't work either, that is a strange one. |
