CB13 freezes when using Jamstix 4

Hi!

I am having issues with Jamstix 4 in Cubase 13.

- It freezes and won't open UI when clicked on, it says "Jamstix is loading...".
- Then after removal and reinitiated as Rack it opens UI but Cubase freezes and is unresponsive and unclickable.

Anyone else having same/similar issue?
