I have a song that switches between 9/4 and 4/4 time. I can't get Jamstix to "jam" with it. It will leave a lot of empty space and occasionally will play a bar of 4/4 within the 9/4 parts. I have tried adding the time signatures in the song editor but it doesn't help. "Follow Time Signature" is set in settings too. Is 9/4 possible or do I need to add something to Jamstix?

Do you have corresponding time signature markers in your host?

Yes, time signature changes are marked. I am using Reaper for my DAW.

Yes Jamstix 4 can handle up to 9/4 and 18/8. Do you have the time signature set for the song parts within the Song Sheet? Sorry if you've done that and I misunderstood.
The three things needed are:

1) "Allow Time Sig Changes" enabled in Options>General Options
2) Corresponding Time Signature markers in your Reaper arrange view
3) Time signature assigned to the song parts in Jamstix.

Well, I removed the plug-in and re-added and reset everything up. Double-checked my song part lengths and created song. All time signature changes are working! Thank you! I have an issue with one small section where there is a tempo change that speeds up slowly, but I have a feeling that I need to better modify my tempo envelopes to change the speed better with what my instrument tracks are doing. Jamstix is working perfectly in all odd-time sections though.
