Hi wondered if anyone has ideas of the best drummer to use for late 50s early 60s rock n roll a la Carl Perkins, very early Beatles. Sort of very rocky but with a bit of swing.

| I would start with Charlie or Star (if you have the Neo60 pak) and the Style Country>Rockabilly. You should be able to dial in something useful. Keep in mind that the drum sound is going to matter a lot also if you're going for authenticity. |

It’s late here in south west France so will try your suggestions tomorrow
Already tried Charlie and was sounding better but not very keen on his throw ins ( in accents).
Not after authentic sound just authentic feel with a little more aggression. |
