| Looking for help getting Whiskey Train by Procol Harem beats together. intro has to be custom i believe. then what drummer and settings Might Work for main theme. |

It's not the entire song just an idea to work off of. I would use Machine as the Drummer since you'll be mostly hand editing and set the Fill focus to mostly Snare with minimal Toms. Hope it helps. |

not sure how to implement tempo map. does the tempo vary that greatly.?
i was just going to go with 125 bpm. |

I use Reaper and it is really easy but I don't know what DAW you are using. 125bpm should be close enough, it varies a few bpm here and there. |

wont the tempo vary on all rock songs from 60-70s that where not synced?
or are certain parts dragging and speeding up.?
i should have said never imported a tempo map into reaper.
i looked it up , simple.

| Yes, there was no such thing as a click track in those days. That's just the natural tempo fluctuations that occur when humans record live in the studio together. |
