Hi, currently running Jamstix 4.3.1 on W7 offline computer. Following the quick start instructions , but when porting over the data folder I get a "CNC Error", "access violation at address" whatever...

Tried uninstalling and reinstalling from the Manager on both machines. A combo of System Restore and repopulating program data from backup at least has 4.3.1 working again, but I'd like to update if possible. TIA for any ideas.

Hi,

No suggestions to help resolve your issue but would definitely suggest emailing support directly with this issue. Sorry I can't be more helpful on this one.

Thanks for the response. I'll probably dink around some more before I bother Ralph, and v4.3.1 (Standard with one AI Pack) is doing what I need it to do...

Make sure to use the latest JamstixManager from our web site ('Downloads') on the offline machine.
